To be honest I am not sure. It's slag word most likely. In direct translation to bulgarian doesn't mean anything.
Poparnic - there are few words that might were the intended thing.
First is 'popara' it's a morning meal from hot water, bread, cheese, butter and red pepper. Can be cooked for 5 minutes. Fast cooked meal.
Second is 'parnic' which is word for greenhouse.
There is also a verb 'poparq' which means 'burning yourself on the oven and quickly pull your hand back'
